CV 2, Required.

This CV controls the minimum voltage applied to the motor on speed step 1. This value can be anything from zero volts to the maximum voltage available.

When set to zero, no voltage is applied. When set to 1111 1111 (255 or $FF) the maximum voltage is available.

When the speed table is enabled by CV29, VStart, VMid and VHigh (CVs 2, 5 and 6) are ignored.
